Leeds manager Javi Gracia avoided questions over his job after he was angrily confronted by fans during the harrowing loss at Bournemouth.

The Spaniard is under mounting pressure at Elland Road following a dreadful run of form that has seen them slump worryingly towards relegation danger.

Those fears exploded yesterday when at least three supporters goaded Gracia towards the full-time whistle and had to be restrained by stewards.

Leeds’ players were also targeted by furious fans, who chanted ‘you’re not fit to wear the shirt’ at the full-time whistle.

When questioned about whether he continues to have the support of the Leeds board, Gracia answered: ‘If I am here…’
