Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe took no enjoyment out of watching Tottenham's Champions League exit to Juventus as he hunts for a way to get something from their Premier League match on Sunday.
Spurs saw hopes of reaching the quarter-finals end when the Italian side ran out 2-1 winners at Wembley to progress 4-3 on aggregate.
Howe, though, maintains it is always about looking for things which could help his own team in the challenges ahead rather than being able to switch off for 90 minutes.

'When you watch a game in the way that I do, you just don't think too much, you just watch and you analyse,' the Bournemouth manager said.
