Callum Wilson claims Bournemouth targeted Chelsea weak-links Gary Cahill and Antonio Rudiger in Stamford Bridge humiliation

Callum Wilson admits Bournemouth targeted weaknesses down Chelsea's left-hand side during their shock win at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night.

The striker hailed the result a 'perfect performance' after he, Junior Stanislas and Nathan Ake scored 16 second-half minutes to swing the game.

The Blues were forced to replace the in-form Andreas Christensen with Antonio Rudiger in the first-half and Wilson believes their problems spiralled from there.
