Callum Wilson admits Bournemouth targeted weaknesses down Chelsea's left-hand side during their shock win at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night.
The striker hailed the result a 'perfect performance' after he, Junior Stanislas and Nathan Ake scored 16 second-half minutes to swing the game.
The Blues were forced to replace the in-form Andreas Christensen with Antonio Rudiger in the first-half and Wilson believes their problems spiralled from there.
'We've been working hard on this formation and today we've put everything right and in a perfect performance,' Wilson told BBC 5 Live.
