Tyrone Mings has penned a new 'long-term' contract with Bournemouth.
The defender, who joined the club from Ipswich two years ago, has been rewarded for his perseverance after spending 12 months on the sidelines through injury.
Mings ruptured knee ligaments on his Premier League debut in 2015, forcing him out of the game for a year.
But he is now back in contention and has made two appearances for the Cherries so far this term.
The 24-year-old said the decision to extend his stay with the south coast club was an easy one.
