Bournemouth are said to be interested in signing former Newcastle striker Andy Carroll if he leaves Reading.
Carroll has been injury-free since joining the Royals on a short-term deal in November and has scored two goals in eight games.
However, the 33-year-old is out of contract this month and could look for an alternative club going forwards.
Bournemouth are interested in signing Carroll for the rest of the season as they continue to push for promotion, according to The Sun.
A switch to Bournemouth could be beneficial for Carroll as Scott Parker's side can offer him more money in wages than Reading - who are under transfer restrictions.
