Leicester were dragged back down to earth at the Vitality Stadium as Bournemouth came from a goal down to beat Brendan Rodgers' side.
Monday night had seen Leicester record their first win of the season - a glorious 4-0 victory over rivals Nottingham Forest - but showed here that the defensive frailties that have haunted them for so long remain.
Patson Daka had given them the lead in the first half and for large parts they looked to be cruising, but goals from Philip Billing and Ryan Christie, within four second half minutes of each other, turned the game on its head.
