The banishment of the two Yankees fans who tried to rip a baseball out of Mookie Betts’s glove during Game 4 of the World Series will last into the 2025 season.
Both fans have been “indefinitely” barred from attending any MLB games, The New York Post‘s Dan Martin reported Friday.
The two fans, Austin Capobianco and John P. Hansen, received a letter from MLB informing them of their indefinite ban, according to the Post.
“Your conduct posed a serious risk to the health and safety of the player and went far over the line of acceptable fan behavior.
