Wednesday night’s game against the Kansas City Royals was suspended in the top of the 10th inning when severe thunderstorms interrupted a tie ballgame.
Boston had a lead when starter Eduardo Rodriguez exited after five solid innings but the bullpen allowed the Royals to chip away with runs in the sixth and seventh innings to tie it up.
