Watch Kevin Millar homer in first professional at-bat in 7 years

Not for the first time in his career, Kevin Millar delivered in the clutch.

In his first (and only) at-bat back in professional baseball, the 45-year-old Red Sox legend smacked home run for the St. Paul Saints. Millar, who is a regular analyst on MLB Network, suited up for a single at-bat as part of the team’s 25th anniversary celebrations. And in truly dramatic form, Millar hit a home run:

Millar was a member of the Minnesota-based International League team’s inaugural season in 1993. He used it as a springboard to his eventual career in Major League Baseball.
