This isn't the first time Red Sox starter Wade Miley voiced his discontent after an early exit.
But this time it appears to have been taken too far.
When Miley got back to the dugout following the fourth inning against the Orioles, Farrell was seen on the NESN broadcast approaching Miley in the dugout, perhaps telling him his night was over after Miley had allowed five runs (including three homers) on nine hits. Whatever Farrell said, Miley wasn't happy. The 28-year-old lefty began screaming at his 52-year-old manager while pointing toward the outfield.
Farrell appeared to keep his cool and slowly followed Miley down the dugout steps.
