Welcome back to another episode of the Over the Monster Pre-Cap Podcast, the podcast where we look back at the latest series that was for the Red Sox while peeking ahead to the next series on the schedule.
The Red Sox returned to Fenway and after a 5-3 single-game make-up against the Marlins, they welcomed the Astros to town for a three-game set. Things did not get off on the right foot on Tuesday as Martín Pérez allowed six runs in two innings, and the Sox never threatened against Framber Valdez. The boos did very little to rattle the likes of Carlos Correa, who homered in the first, and Alex Bregman.
