I am a lifelong procrastinator. In middle school I regularly did homework on the bus in the morning, sheepishly handing in assignments that were covered with scribbles and pencil holes because, as it turns out, doing long division on a moving bus as it rumbles over potholes and railroad tracks isn’t a great idea. In college I never left for class until the very last minute — or what I thought was the very last minute — and was invariably late. Even as an adult and the father of three children I still procrastinate. Have I done my taxes yet?
