We officially have hit the halfway point in the baseball year. While we already passed game 82 a while back it’s the All-Star break that really separates the season. In this episode Keaton and I spend some substantial time looking at where the Red Sox are in the standings and we compare the team to that of the other teams fighting for the two wild card spots. We also look at the roster of both position players and pitchers and pick an MVP, LVP, and most surprising player from each group. Finally, we get deep into what the team should do to improve leading up to the trade deadline as well as what we think they will do.
