The Red Sox came into last night’s game sitting on a 5 game winning streak. The Sox have been red hot down the stretch when teams are battling it out for the AL East division. The Sox had Eduardo Rodriguez on the mound vs. Kevin Gausman for the O’s. Rodriguez struggled on his last outing, but he would right the ship last night. The Sox bats gave him all the run support he would need with homers by Jackie Bradley Jr. and David Ortiz to bring that win streak easily to 6 games. The Blue Jays also won last night, so they are still 4 games back while the Orioles are 5 games back.
