Silverman: Dave Dombrowski has quickly turned Red Sox upside down

Just as you know after four piano chords that Adele's about to sing “Hello,” or that you can tell as soon as the lights go dark that you are watching a Quentin Tarantino film, there is no doubt that we are witnessing the complete makeover and takeover of the Red Sox by Dave Dombrowski.
