The Red Sox are back on the road after taking 2-3 from the Baltimore Orioles. This time they’re headed to New York City (New York City!?!?) and not to Queens.
Nope they’re headed to Yankee Stadium.
The Yankees continue to hold onto first place in the AL East with a second half record of 26-22. For reference the Sox are at 21-29.
It’s been a down time for New York but with the Orioles coming back to earth playing 25-26 ball since the All Star Break it hasn’t really mattered.
