NEW YORK — Tuesday’s game between the Red Sox and Yankees at Yankee Stadium has been pushed back to 7:05 p.m. because of rain.
The game was scheduled at 1:05 p.m. Remnants from Hurricane Florence will be passing through the northeast in afternoon but forecasts show a better possibility of playing later in the day.
The 103-47 Red Sox can clinch the American League East championship with a victory.
Not raining at Yankee Stadium for the moment. But the tarp is down. Updates as we get them. pic.twitter.com/HTJ0gU4Nxn
