Red Sox vs. Rays preview: Joe Kelly looks to stay hot

Joe Kelly is the only member of the Red Sox starting rotation who hasn't yet pitched a bad game.

It's bound to happen. Every pitcher has a bad game once in a while. But as Kelly completes the third turn through the Sox' rotation when he takes the mound against the Rays on Wednesday night, he's looking like one of Boston's best starting pitchers.

It's not just the high-90s fastballs that opens eyes (though he is leading all Red Sox pitchers with an average fastball velocity of 96.5 mph; the next-highest velocity out of the rotation is Wade Miley's 92-mph heater).
