The Red Sox (100-46) look to continue their march toward their best-ever record when they take on the Blue Jays (65-80) tonight at Fenway Park (7:10 p.m., NESN).
About tonight’s game: The increasingly dominant Eduardo Rodriguez (12-4, 3.64 ERA) looks to pick up where the increasingly dominant David Price left off last night. He’ll face off with Sam Gaviglio (3-8, 5.25 ERA), who, like most of the Jays, is still trying to figure things out at this point. Gaviglio will face a goofy Sox lineup that sees Mookie Betts taking a rest, Andrew Benintendi in the leadoff spot, Ian Kinsler batting second and, further down, Blake Swihart at DH.
