The Red Sox look for their third win in row when they take on the Blue Jays at 1:35 p.m. at Fenway Park on this, the last non-football Sunday until February, at least in theory.
After walking off last night’s high scoring affair, the Sox will send righty Andrew Triggs out there to start against another Blue Jays trade deadline addition — this time it’s lefty Robbie Ray, a fireballing lefty formerly of the Diamondbacks who occasionally has trouble locating the strike zone.
Rowdy Tellez hit yet another homer last night and is batting cleanup, but otherwise the Jays’s lineup resembles their recent slate.
