This the first and only time I’ve been tempted in my life to knowingly eat tuna salad. Canned tuna makes me gag and has for 47 years now. Tuna steak? Fine. Sushi? Fine. I just can’t abide the can. It just doesn’t add up. But this recipe made me rethink the whole deal, albeit for a precious two seconds before I went back to hating. That’s the Bryan Way.
