Well, this has been obvious for a while now, but the Red Sox finally made it official: Brayan Bello will begin the season on the IL. There are no major concerns about his health at this point, but a sore shoulder has put him behind the rest of the pitching staff. He is only expected to miss a couple of starts. And Bello isn’t the only prominent Red Sox player who is behind schedule. The Sox had expected Rafael Devers to make his spring debut tomorrow, a debut that was already pushed back a week as he recovers from a gimpy shoulder.
