This was not a good game for the PawSox, but the weather did finally let up and allow Pedroia to get into the game. He didn’t have a huge performance, but it seems like he’s close to a return. Alex Cora indicated that he needs to play on back-to-back days before they’ll talk about a return, however, and then said that it was up to Pedroia as to whether he wanted to play in tomorrow’s 11:00 AM game. I have a feeling he’ll be out there and back on the roster on Friday.
