The Boston Red Sox promoted Michael Chavis in 2019 to play second base, the longtime home of Dustin Pedroia, and the veteran flourished as a mentor.
When I look back at the 2019 season for the Red Sox there aren’t many positives that I can list off for you. We had the obvious pitching dominance from Eduardo Rodriguez and Brandon Workman.
