The Red Sox had MLB’s worst pitching staff in the month of April, they have the worst offense in the month of May and they’re still just two games back from .500 and 3.5 games back of the first-place Yankees.

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately and should probably write a longer piece on it one of these days, but to sum it up I decided that yes, I do think the Red Sox overvalue a lot of their young players.
