Athletic trainer Rick Jameyson has decided to leave the organization to pursue other opportunities.

Wren, 57, joins the Red Sox with over 30 years of experience working in the front offices of baseball organizations. In his role with the Red Sox, Wren will serve as a talent evaluator and will assist Dombrowski in all aspects of baseball operations.
