Red Sox celebrate World Series victory during Celtics game at TD Garden

The duck boats paraded through the city on Wednesday but the Red Sox weren’t done celebrating their World Series victory in Boston. The following night, members of the team were invited by the Boston Celtics to make an appearance during their game against the Milwaukee Bucks.

During a first quarter timeout, manager Alex Cora led his team on to the parquet floor of the TD Garden with the World Series trophy in hand.

You may have noticed that the trophy has been repaired following the unfortunate beer-throwing incident during the parade this week. Side Note: This is not what we meant when we said “do damage.
