After a couple of games back home at JetBlue Park, the Red Sox head back on the road and look to get back into the swing of things up in Sarasota, particularly on the pitching side. Starting Friday’s game for Boston is going to be the left-handed Darwinzon Hernández, one of the top prospects in the organization. Although most project him to eventually end up in a major-league bullpen, the Red Sox are keeping the southpaw developed as a starter for now. He’s had a solid start to his spring, too, striking out six over four scoreless innings in two Grapefruit League appearances.
