With the World Series in the books, the Red Sox are officially turning their calendar to 2016.
The team announced their Spring Training schedule this afternoon, and pitchers and catchers will report to Fort Myers on February 18, with their first workout coming a day later.
They Sox will be taking advantage of the leap year, as they open their exhibition schedule against BC and Northeastern on Febuary 29. Their first contest against an MLB opponent will come on March 2 when they host the Twins.
The highlight of Spring Training may come at the end, when the Sox travel to Montreal to take on the Blue Jays for a pair of games at Olympic Stadium.
