Red Sox 7, White Sox 3:
Keeping the momentum going…

So the Sox took 2 out of 3 against one of the best teams in baseball, allowing them to resume sole possession of first base in the AL East, and putting them in VERY good position for the weekend series against the Skanks.

Henry Owens struggled a bit again, only going 3 innings, although he only gave up 2 runs on 2 hits (including a home run) during that span, and since he only threw 64 pitches (33 for strikes), I am not sure what John Farrell was thinking there, going to the bullpen so early especially with a Skankee series coming up.
