Price hit by liner, exits with left wrist contusion

Red Sox left-hander David Price exited Wednesday's start against the Marlins at Fenway Park with a left wrist contusion after being struck by a comebacker off the bat of Austin Dean in the third inning.

Price stayed with the play to cover first base for the final out of the frame.

Hector Velazquez took over for Price, who allowed three runs on five hits in the outing, in the fourth inning.
