Moncada went 2-for-3 against Boston's lefty ace, producing a single through the hole on a hit-and-run in his second at-bat and lining a single to right in his final at-bat.
"His last at-bat to me, that was very impressive," Price told reporters in Fort Myers. "After I came in 0-1 with a really good front-door two-seam [fastball], and he took it, then I went back away with a backdoor cutter. I feel like a lot of young guys would be sitting on that fastball in again and he didn't do that. He took the ball up the middle of the field.
