Although he admits that there is pressure in playing the role of Boston Marathon bombing survivor Jeff Bauman in the movie "Stronger," actor Jake Gyllenhaal embraces the challenge.
"I am getting a lot of pressure to play this part," Gyllenhaal said at the Boston Medical Center's 2016 Boston Marathon pasta dinner on Sunday night. "But I love that pressure. I love this city."
Gyllenhaal -- who threw out the first pitch with Bauman at Monday's Boston Red Sox Patriots' Day game -- has been filming in Boston for nearly a month. The movie is based on Bauman's autobiographical book of the same name and is expected to be released in 2017.
