The Red Sox held on to win last night and made it back to .500 with a 76-76 record.
One more game in the series with the Tampa Bay Rays tonight and then it’s back to Fenway Park where they are predicted to lose Friday, 50/50 Saturday, and win on Sunday. Or so 2024 would have you believe.
What is it with all the Friday losses? It’s just a fluke but still...if they won Fridays and lost Saturdays instead would the season feel “better” on given days as they took more openers?
