The Red Sox were unable to finish Wednesday’s game when wildly heavy rains came down upon Boston once it went into extras. They had a chance to win it in the ninth but couldn’t come through, and now we’ll be waiting until August 22 to finish that one. In the meantime, Mike Trout, Shohei Ohtani and the Angels come to town for a four-game set starting tonight. It’s going to be Chris Sale vs. Dillon Peters, and first pitch is at 7:10 PM ET. Meanwhile, the Patriots start their preseason slate tonight, Little League World Series qualifiers continue.
