Mookie Betts is starting to hit like he did in spring training for the Boston Red Sox.
Betts accounted for both of the Red Sox’ runs with a pair of solo home runs in a 2-0 win over the Tampa Bay Rays at Fenway Park.
On a night in which the Red Sox honored the 40th anniversary of their 1975 AL-pennant-winning team, the 22-year-old Betts became the youngest Red Sox player with a multi-home run game since Hall-of-Famer Jim Rice did that season.
