I’m pretty sure I’ve written about this sensation I feel regarding the baseball viewing experience on this site in the past, but I’ll bring it up again: it’s funny how the feeling of a whole weekend series can change based off of that Sunday finale.
The Red Sox, objectively speaking, had a bad weekend—after a so-so start to the week against the Toronto Blue Jays that saw the famous Bull Durham quote played out in front of us.
I might have to go back and revise this article next month when the suspended rubber match against the Blue Jays wraps up.
