BOSTON -- Boston Red Sox interim manager Torey Lovullo shaved his head in support of manager John Farrell, who is undergoing chemotherapy treatments as he battles lymphoma.
At a Saturday afternoon briefing with reporters at Fenway Park, Lovullo briefly lifted his hat off his head to expose his freshly shorn look. He did the deed after seeing Farrell at the park Friday.
