Who’s on first?
For now, at least, rookie Travis Shaw is the Sox’ first baseman. And since he was recalled from Triple A on Aug. 1, the 25-year-old has only helped his cause by hitting 11 home runs in his last 173 at-bats after last night’s series opener against the Orioles at Fenway Park.
