Yes, it’s finally June! The weather is nice and warm, the sun is shining, the beginning of the summer is really finally here (Memorial Day weekend is the unofficial start of summer in this writer’s mind). Another month of Red Sox baseball has come and gone, and this Boston team is still...as middle of the pack as they were last month. I know I’m going to get some flack for calling that OK, but it really is! With the injuries mounting (again. . . ) and given the overall roster construction, being 29-28 on June 1 is more of a win than anything.
