Hot stove, cool music and dinner with Xander and Mookie on tap

With the annual "Hot Stove, Cool Music" concert scheduled for tomorrow night, that must mean the annual Boston Baseball Writers dinner is coming up soon after. This year's dinner, the 77th, promises one of its best head tables in recent years with young stars in the making Xander Bogaerts and Mookie Betts scheduled to attend the January 21 event at the Boston Marriott Copley Place Hotel.
Bogaerts (Red Sox MVP) and Betts (Spirit and Determination Award) will be joined by left-handed starter Eduardo Rodriguez, Red Sox pitcher of the year and Red Sox rookie of year; Jackie Bradley Jr, comeback player of the year; Brock Holt, community service award; catcher Ryan Hanigan, unsung hero award-winner; and minor-league player of the year Yoan Moncada.
