At the end of April, it’s fair to say it was exasperating watching Chris Martin. Even as Phil wrote that the underlying numbers were still solid, things were not looking on the Up&Up for the 37-year-old. I thought the Gravity of the situation was that his age was just finally catching up to him. But like Magic, it’s almost like he became Technicolor once again. In the month of May so far, he has...a 0.00 ERA. That’s right, not an earned run, not an unearned run, an opponent batting average of .042 and a .013 WHIP. Not a hit, not a walk, just one hit batter.
