David Ortiz makes his final trip to face Tampa Bay this weekend (Friday through Sunday) for his final games against the Rays.
The Boston Red Sox designated hitter has had some of his greatest success against Tampa Bay. Ortiz’s 46 home runs, 163 RBIs, 217 hits, 63 doubles and 151 walks against the Rays while he has been in a Red Sox uniform are the most of any Red Sox player (which makes sense, since his 221 games with Boston against Tampa Bay are the most of any player).
