Buck Schowalter still miffed about Ubaldo Jimenez ejection

Speaking to reporters before Saturday's game, Orioles manager Buck Schowalter continued to express his frustration over the ejection of Ubaldo Jimenez in Friday night's 3-2 Red Sox win.

Jimenez, who was working on a no-hitter, was tossed in the fourth inning after plunking Red Sox third baseman Pablo Sandoval on the right shoulder. The Orioles then had to use four relievers the rest of the way in the loss.

According to crew chief Jerry Meals, the Orioles' negative reaction to a slide by Sandoval in an attempt to break up a double play earlier in the game had the umpires on the lookout for retaliation.
