Apple CEO Tim Cook gave a commencement speech at MIT Friday, urging graduates to seek new ways to help humanity and avoid becoming cynical.
Cook didn’t just stick around campus, though. Before and after the ceremony, he checked out several spots around Boston, including the three-story Apple store on Boylston Street.
Cook arrived at MIT at least a day before his June 9 speech, commending MIT students and faculty for “finding new ways to tackle the world’s biggest challenges” in a tweet on Thursday.
On Friday evening, Cook posted a photo from the Apple store on Boylston Street, standing out in a bright white shirt amid a sea of more than 50 Apple employees, most wearing vivid green T-shirts.
