It’s hard to imagine Ceddanne Rafaela anywhere other than Seattle come Opening Day.
The No. 4 prospect in Boston’s farm system certainly checks a lot of boxes for the Red Sox, particularly on defense, where they require vast improvements. Despite putting together a standout highlight tape in Triple-A though, manager Alex Cora remains undecided about what Boston’s outfield will look like on March 28.
“There’s going to be some upset guys at the end (of spring training),” Cora said per The Athletic’s Chad Jennings. “But they have to understand this is how it goes.
