Albert Pujols has driven in more runs than all but one major league player.
Pujols knocked in his 2,215th and 2,216th runs on Monday, breaking a tie with Babe Ruth and placing himself securely in second place on the all-time list, behind only Hank Aaron, who drove in 2,297 runs.
Pujols is retiring after this year, his 22nd major league season. He turned back the clock, hitting better than he had in more than a decade.
