According to sources cited by Rosenthal, Ramirez will make roughly $18 million per year over the course of a five-year contract:

Ramirez, who turns 31 in December, is now returning to the organization that originally developed him. The Red Sox inked him to a deal as an international free agent in 2000, cultivating his talents for years before he made their big league club in 2005.
The dynamic shortstop was subsequently traded to the then-Florida Marlins in the 2005 offseason (as part of the Josh Beckett trade), but he will now come full circle and back to New England almost a decade later.
