NEW ORLEANS, La. – Boston College women's cross country enters the 2024 season ranked No. 21 in the country according to the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) national preseason poll as announced on Tuesday afternoon.
The USTFCCCA released its national preseason polls and BC's No. 21 ranking is the team's highest ranking in the poll since the Eagles were ranked 26th in the week 6 rankings last fall. This marks the first time the Eagles have been ranked in the preseason poll since 2014, and the third time since 2020 that they have cracked the top 30 in any USTFCCCA weekly poll.
