CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College men's hockey will raise the jerseys of former Eagle greats Tim Sheehy '70 and Tom Mellor '73 to the rafters at Kelley Rink on Saturday, Feb. 16 when BC hosts top-ranked UMass at 8 p.m.
"Having your jersey retired is a distinct honor, and these two athletes deserve to see their banner hang in the rafters at Conte Forum," said Martin Jarmond, the William V. Campbell Director of Athletics. "Tim and Tom are tremendous representatives of our storied men's hockey program and of our institution, and we look forward to cementing their place in BC history.
